Late last year, strong winds damaged a couple of areas on our roof (patches of lifted and/or destroyed shingles). We contacted multiple roofing companies. One told us to sue the builder for negligence (the builder sucks, but I don't have the time or energy for that.); another took forever to give us a quote and respond to our questions. NewRuf sent us our quote by the following morning, answered our questions, and got the job done within a week. When we had some cosmetic concerns about some of the fixed shingles, James came out and made sure our concerns were addressed. He was direct and didn't try to brush us off, which we really appreciated.
We recently had some similar damage occur in another part of the roof. I emailed James directly, he came out on the next day, and got his team to turn up that same day as strong winds were predicted for the coming days. I came home from work to a fixed roof and my wife singing James' praises. This was a stressful situation and James and NewRuf saved us not only this headache, but likely an even bigger (and more expensive) one by preventing further damage. Thanks James!
I really hope we don't have any more roof issues, but if we do, we're calling NewRuf. I recommend them highly for their prices (I compared with lots of roofers in the area), their workmanship, and their customer service.

We had significant roof damage from a windstorm. New Ruf was in the area and offered to give a free inspection. Danny came over and took a look. He clearly explained what issues we had and advised us on reaching out to our insurance. We were out of town when the adjuster came. Danny remained in close contact, met the adjuster to walk them through everything. Shortly after, we were approved for a full roof and gutter replacement. I trusted the overwhelmingly positive reviews, my first impressions and decided to use New Ruf for the repair. The process continued to run smooth. Danny’s support was above and beyond. People showed up on time and the job was completed in a couple of days. Days after the work was finished, we noticed a small issue with our dryer vent. We reached out to Danny and he wasted no time in getting it addressed. In construction you’re always going to run into something but I find it’s how a company responds that matters. New Ruf treated us right. They were timely, friendly and made us laugh feel like a valued customer. Overall we’re extremely satisfied. I’ve already recommended New Ruf to my neighbor. Don’t wait. Go with these guys!

We knew we needed a new roof, but we had been gaslit by our previous insurance company before. We worked with several employees and after our initial inspection, we were confident that New Ruf would be a great choice to help us through the process. For the majority of the process, Tyler was our consultant. He was very informative and always willing to make the long drive to answer our questions in person. After finding out how much our insurance would cover, New Ruf worked with us to stay in our budget. Had a few wet spots on the ceiling show up. Called Newruf and they sent Tyler to come inspect. He was very confident he could get insurance to pay for a new roof, I was not. He was here when the adjuster arrived and got them to pay for the roof. I’m completely satisfied with Newruf and recommend them, especially Tyler.
